Bringing over two decades of executive leadership swinging in between retail, real estate, sales & marketing, our CSMO Tania Mills has been instrumental in driving Union Properties’ turnaround since coming to office in January 2023.

Prior to UP, Ms. Mills has held top positions at international organizations, the likes of Dubai Investments PJSC and The Atlantis at the Palm Dubai.

In 2024, Ms. Mills earned a degree in SLEP Senior Leadership Executive Program from Oxford University. She had earned her first degree in Business Management from Trinity College UK and an Internal Quality Management Auditor certification from BUREAU VERITAS.

Awards under her belt include the Super Businesswoman Achiever in Retail Business from Asia and MENA region, Women at Work Leadership Award, Brand Builder of The Year Award by Global Brand Excellence, and The Super Boss of the Year Award.
