Dubai Autodrome
- Solar panel installation with a total of 2.87 Megawatt capacity thereby eliminating 2,055 metric tons of C02 emissions per year.
- LED lights all around the circuit, which reduces costs and energy requirements while increasing our track operational capacity.
- Creating and enhancing green spaces at the venue sustainably by using grey water of MotorCity for irrigation and other requirements.
EDACOM
- LED lighting throughout EDACOM communities.
- Upgrading of the Building Management Systems
- Variable frequency Drives for the Fresh Air Handling Units
- Recycling initiatives within EDACOM communities.
- Solar power system in process of being set up.
GMAMCO
- Use of laser cutting and welding machines that are better for both the environment and the humans operating it.
Dubai Autodrome
- We launched hand control karts to enable People of Determination to experience the joy of karting.
- Hosted the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation by welcoming over 20 orphans to Dubai Kartdrome for a day full of exciting activities.
- Provided a BMW Driving Experience & Passenger Hot Lap for Sparkle Malawi, a silent auction to raise funds for Childrens Education requirements.
Sea Cleaning Initiative
In alignment with our dedication to actively contributing to Dubai’s social responsibility initiatives and integrating seamlessly into the UAE community, Union Properties took part in a beach clean-up organized by the Dubai Municipality. This impactful event unfolded at Secret Beach on the 10th of March 2023, underscoring our commitment to environment and community well-being.
Water Fountain Initiative
Provide access to free and safe drinking water by installing water fountains in MotorCity and Uptown Mirdiff encouraging a refill culture and having a positive impact on the environment.
Plastic bottle wastage causes damaging effects on our planet and significantly on marine life. It is time to join hands together and make a difference.
