Eng. Amer Khansaheb is a visionary leader with a track record of achievement spanning several years. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Union Properties PJSC (UP). With UP’s distinguished legacy in delivering premium landmark projects, Eng. Khansaheb spearheads the Company and its diverse subsidiaries ; Dubai Autodrome, ServeU, The Fitout, Union Holding, Tetra Edge, EDACOM, and GMAMCO. 

In addition to his pivotal role at UP, Eng. Amer also serves as the Managing Director of Khansaheb Group, one of UAE’s longest-standing family-owned business Group. Under his visionary leadership since 2012, Khansaheb Group has emerged as a market leader, propelled by strategic expansion initiatives and a steadfast commitment to excellence. 

Eng. Amer’s experience spans several industries, including Real Estate development, construction management, investment management, and financial analysis. 

Eng. Amer also serves on the board of the Bank of Sharjah. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA charter holder since 2010), he has extensive knowledge in financial analysis and investment management, as well as a rigorous analytical mind. From 2013 until 2019, he served in a volunteering capacity as the president of the CFA Society Emirates. 

Eng. Amer earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Science in Project Management from the British University of Dubai.
