With over 20 years of executive leadership in human resources, our CHRO Juma Beljaflah became a member of our leadership team in February 2024, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture by digitalizing of HR functions, shaping our people strategy and ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic goals.
Mr. Beljaflah held the position of Chief HR Officer of GMG Group and VP of Human Capital & Shared Services at Majid Al Futtaim Group.
Holding an MBA in Leadership and Education from Geneva Business School, a Global MBA from Manchester University, and a diploma on Strategic Design of Organization Structure from Michigan University, Mr. Beljaflah got his BA Degree from the University of Glasgow.
Mr. Beljaflah is a decorated and award-winning industry leader, including GCC GOV HR Award 2019, Platinum Award 2018, and the Happiest Workplace Award 2018.
