With a proven track record of developing innovative strategies and fostering strong client relationships, she leads our sales and marketing teams with passion and expertise, consistently delivering exceptional results. Her visionary approach and dedication to excellence continue to shape our company’s success in the ever-evolving marketplace. 

During the course of her career, she has led the Sales & Marketing functions of various organizations such as Dubai Investments PJSC, Retail Director for more than 10 years at Atlantis, the Palm Dubai, and Head of Business Development at Choueri Real Estate Broker LLC. 

Tania is currently pursuing a degree in “SLEP” at Oxford University. Her first degree is in Business Management & Teaching Diploma from College of Trinity, UK. In addition, Tania successfully completed Management, Marketing & Leasing certificate from ICSC/GSPD & Internal Quality Management Auditor certified by BUREAU VERITAS. Tania has been nominated & elected as Super Businesswoman Achiever in Retail Business in Asia & MENA region. She Has been nominated & won the award of Women at Work Leadership Award, has been nominated & won the award of Brand Builder of The Year in Global Brand Excellence Awards, as well as nominated & won the award of The Super Boss of The Year Leadership Award.
