With a wealth of expertise and experience in commercial and contract management, our CCO F. Mert Gucuyener joined our leadership team in September 2023, driving Union Properties’ growth in procurement, contracts and commercial excellence.
In the past, Mert held senior commercial positions working on multiple mega projects in Middle East and UK at renowned local and international contracting companies.
Mert holds a MSc. in Construction Economics and Management and a BSc. in Civil Engineering. He is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and a fellow of RICS since 2012.
He is a keen golfer, sailor and a rugby coach over the weekends.
