With over 30 years of extensive experience in financial management, our CFO has been a key member of our leadership team since February 2022, guiding Union Properties towards financial sustainability, driving efficiencies, and leading the debt restructuring, while fostering trust and confidence across our stakeholder ecosystem.

Previously, Mr. Coelho has led the finance functions of Large Family Conglomerates, Master Developers and Utilities in the GCC/EMEIA region, such as: Al Zarooni Holdings, Mazrui Holdings, ACWA POWER / NOMAC – First National O&M, ADIVO CONSULTING, AQUALIA and others.

Mr. Coelho earned his BA Degree from Universidade Lusíada in Lisbon, followed by an MBA from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.

Mr. Coelho is also a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds CPA accreditation since 2005. Other certifications include Certified International Management Accountant (CIMA), Certified Quality Auditor (ISO), Six Sigma Lean/DFSS Green Belt Certification, Internal QMS Auditor, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
