Managing both regulatory affairs, corporate governance and various types of litigation, Mr. Chaaban ensures Union Properties remains within the legal framework of legislation.

From intricate corporate governance structures to nuanced regulatory frameworks, Mr. Chaaban has a demonstrated track record and a remarkable knack for deciphering legal minutiae and providing strategic counsel that ensures our publicly listed company operates within the bounds of law.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and has recently enrolled for a master’s program in Private International Law and Arbitration.
